About Chef Bohiti
Chef Bohiti believes in the power of comfort food from around the world. Drawing inspiration from African-American soul food, Asian cuisines, and Puerto Rican traditions, every dish is designed to feel like home. Cooking ever since a child at the age of 7 and working up their way from dishwasher to head cook, to sous chef, and now founder of Casa del Sazón (sazon.casa).
Whether it's an intimate dinner for two or a celebration for a hundred, every menu is designed from scratch to reflect the occasion and the people it's made for.
